How do I become a DineAmic Rewards member?
You can sign up for DineAmic Rewards at any DineAmic Group restaurant and register your card online by going to www.dineamicgroup.com/rewards. You may choose to enroll in DineAmic Rewards by completing the registration form found at the DineAmic Group Rewards site under the "Become a Member" tab. If you don't have a card, complete the registration form and we will send you an email to confirm your membership. The next time you visit one of our locations, provide your confirmation email to an associate team member and they will activate a card for you. However, you will need to add your card number to your DineAmic Rewards online account so you can track your points & rewards history.
What are DineAmic Rewards and how does it work?
Every time you visit one of our locations, the dollars you spend are tracked and converted into points so you can be rewarded. However, you must present your rewards card upon check out to receive points. When you spend $200 (equivalent to 200 points) you automatically receive $10 (5% rewards) in DineAmic Rewards Dollars which can be redeemed at any time subject to the Terms & Conditions of the DineAmic Rewards Program. You must notify our service team if you would like to apply your rewards during your visit.
Once you spend $2,500 or accumulate 2,500 points, you will begin to earn higher rewards: for every $200 spent, you will receive $20 (10% rewards) in DineAmic Rewards Dollars which can be redeemed at any time subject to the Terms & Conditions of the DineAmic Rewards Program.
Once you spend $10,000 or accumulate 10,000 points, you will start earning even higher rewards! For every $200 spent, you will receive $25 (12.5% rewards) in DineAmic Rewards Dollars which can be redeemed at any time subject to the Terms & Conditions of the DineAmic Rewards Program.
Does it cost anything to become a member?
Yes, but no. Intrigued? When signing up for DineAmic Rewards, we will charge you a one-time enrollment fee of $10 upon activating your card. At the same time, that card will be loaded with $10 in DineAmic Rewards that can be used at any time subject to the Terms & Conditions of the DineAmic Rewards Program.
Who can join DineAmic Rewards?
DineAmic Rewards is a program for individual customers only, 18 years of age or older. Points may not be credited to business entities. Employees of DineAmic Group restaurants are not eligible for membership.
Do I have to register my card?
Yes, if you want to earn rewards! Registration is required to: • Redeem rewards • Track your account activity, such as your DineAmic Rewards Dollars accrual and redemptions • Assist us to transfer your rewards to a new card if your card is lost or stolen • Help the server to look up your account in case you forgot your card when you visit • And, allows you to opt-in to receive special offers and promotions by email
Where can I register my card?
Register your card at www.dineamicgroup.com/rewards at the BECOME A MEMBER tab if you do not have a card yet or the LOGIN tab if you have a card.
What is needed to register my card?
When you register your card, you will be asked to provide the card number from the back of the card, your name, address, phone number, email address and birthday. If you do not have a card yet, you can still sign up online and choose to pick up a card at any DineAmic Group restaurant once you receive a membership confirmation email.
Is my information safe? What do you do with it?
Are there any restrictions when redeeming DineAmic Rewards?
DineAmic Rewards Dollars cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, private dining events, carry out, catering, tax or gratuity. DineAmic Rewards Dollars cannot be used for ticketed events and are not valid on New Year's Eve. Other exclusions may apply at each participating location.
Do my DineAmic Rewards points or Dollars expire?
DineAmic Rewards points & rewards have a lifetime accrual and do not expire.
What happens if I don't have my DineAmic Rewards card when I visit?
After you have registered your card, you can easily provide your server with your account information such as your card number and ID. They will be able to look up your account with this information and assign points without the physical card. Without the card number & ID associated with the account, we will not be able to apply points from your visit.
What happens if I lose my card or it's been stolen?
if you have lost your card you can receive a replacement during your next visit to any DineAmic Group restaurant. However, you will need your old account information such as the card number to transfer existing rewards & point balances to your new card. It is important to note that you can only replace a lost card with that has been registered.
What if I forgot to use my DineAmic Rewards card during my visit?
Unfortunately, manual points cannot be posted to your account after you have dined at a location. DineAmic Rewards cards or card information must be presented during your visit.
I registered for DineAmic Rewards online, how do I get my card?
To receive your DineAmic Rewards card, and start earning points, simply visit any DineAmic Group restaurant and provide your membership confirmation email to any restaurant associate. The associate will then be happy to activate a card for you. The charge for enrollment is $10. This $10 will be loaded back onto your card for your first DineAmic Rewards Dollars for use at any time! However, you will need to add your card number to your DineAmic Rewards online account so you can track your points & rewards history.
If I plan a private event, can I earn DineAmic Rewards Points?
Yes, however you must be a DineAmic Rewards member prior to booking your event.
